Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days within Kampala and 3–5 days for upcountry locations.
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items (especially for wholesale bales).
International Shipping: We ship to various countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please contact us via WhatsApp for a custom shipping quote for wholesale bales.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details or delivery instructions.

International Shipping – No Returns
Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns on any international orders once they have been shipped.
Refund & Replacement Option
If there is a valid issue with your order (such as damaged or incorrect items), and the claim is approved:
We will refund the order amount, and
The refunded amount will be credited toward a new order of equal value.
Customers can place another order worth the same price as the refunded order.
